
I’m a CIMSPA registered practitioner with a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training and a Level 2 Gym Instructor. I am also fully qualified in pre and postnatal training.
My motto as a trainer is “all movement is good”. I encourage my clients to boost their activity in a variety of ways, making being active feel fun and easy. We compliment this with regular resistance training to build strong bones and muscles!
Through the years, we’ve been shown all kinds of diets and tricks that simply don’t last – they are short, quick weight loss hacks that don’t change lifestyles and ultimately leaves you in the same place you started. I don’t just give my clients miserable diet plans and excessive workouts. I teach my clients how to build healthy meals that will keep you full, energised and manage your weight. We find ways to build more exercise into everyday, whether it’s 15 minutes more walking, playing tennis outside with the kids instead of watching a movie or going for a dog walk with friends instead of a sit-down coffee. Before you know it, it will feel easy.
